Rules

DRIVING AND BEHAVIOR ON THE TRACK.

1. Competitors must refrain from contact wrestling on the course in order to avoid penalties. As an exception, accidental contact is allowed, which did not entail an accident, spin or retirement of any of the drivers in the race.
2. Each driver should remember about the maximum danger of the first laps of the race, especially for those in the middle and at the head of the pelaton. All incidents that occurred during the first laps and associated with unreasonable vehemence and inattention of the drivers will be considered with increased predilection. It should be understood that during the first turns, the cars still cannot adequately respond to the actions of the drivers - cold brakes and tires will not be considered as mitigating or justifying circumstances when considering such episodes.
3. The overtaking driver bears most of the responsibility for overtaking attempts. If the overtaking driver was able to catch up with the front car and is on the inside trajectory before the upcoming turn, then he has the right to overtake.
4. Blocking when overtaking is prohibited. The driver in front is allowed to change his trajectory once. If the cars are side by side, or the cars could theoretically collide, changing the trajectory is prohibited. It is also forbidden to shift on braking towards the overtaking car.
5. If the driver won the position by an illegal technique (for example, he forced the opponent off the track while overtaking), then he must let the injured person forward during the current lap, but no later than the first turn of the next lap.
6. The most part of the responsibility for overtaking drivers who loses more than a lap lies with the overtakers, i.e. the faster drivers. It is they who should assess the situation as soberly as possible, decide on possible overtaking places. It is recommended to use flashing headlights to alert the slower driver to a pass. This clause implies that a driver who is on a lap behind an overtaker MUST not resist overtaking on a lap and, at the first attack, give the position up. If the lapped driver is consistently faster and overtaking the leader does not pose a danger associated with the loss of positions in the fight against other drivers in the race or other racing incidents, the drivers could overtake as correctly as possible and continue moving in their positions. Otherwise, the driver behind the lap should keep behind the leader.
7. Driver who intends to leave the track without entering the pit lane (exit with the ESC key) must first pull over to the side of the road.
8. During practice or qualifying, a driver on an warmup lap or a return lap to the pits should give way to a driver on the fast lap immediately.
9. It is forbidden to move in the opposite direction.
10. Пилот, вылетевший за пределы трассы, обязан пропустить приближающиеся болиды соперников, находящиеся в зоне видимости или слышимости. При разгоне после возвращения на трассу запрещается пересечение гоночной траектории при приближении болида соперника.10. A driver who has went off the track is obliged to let pass the approaching cars of rivals that are in the zone of visibility or audibility. When accelerating after returning to the track, it is forbidden to cross the racing trajectory when an opponent's car approaches.

VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES

1. Carried out and controlled by the judges. The decision to impose a penalty is made by the Referee Commission, after viewing drivers' replays for each driver who took part in this situation, and analyzing the recorded incidents and violations.
1.1. Interference creation with a car on a fast lap during qualifying will result in a loss of 1-3 Safety Rating points depending on the severity of the situation.

2.7. Corner cut - a situation where all four wheels of the car are outside the track on the inside of the turn apex (the track limits are limited by white lines, including curbs). Basically, the boundaries of the track are regulated by the game, exceptions to this rule are separately negotiated by the Project Administration.
Turn cuts:
2.8.1. in qualifying, the cut lap is annulled by the game.
2.8.2. in the race: more than 30% of the driver's cutting laps in order to gain an advantage will be penalized with a 30 second penalty (the judge may reconsider the decision if he is satisfied that the driver did not receive the advantage regularly and intentionally).
2.8.3. If after cutting off the turn the driver voluntarily or involuntarily won the position, he must return it during the current lap, but no later than the first turn of the next lap, if this condition is ignored, a 30 seconds time penalty.
2.8.4. If the driver was forced to take a cut to avoid an accident, or due to his own mistake and loss of control, this is not punished.
2.9 Wide out of bounds - the situation when all four wheels of the car are outside the track on the outside of the apex of the turn (the limits of the track are limited by white lines, including curbs). Exceptions to this rule are separately negotiated by the Project Administration.
Wide off-tracks:
2.9.1 If, after a wide exit from the turn, the driver voluntarily or involuntarily won the position, he is obliged to return it during the current lap, but no later than the first turn of the next lap, in case of ignoring this condition he will get 30 seconds time penalty.
2.9.2. If the driver was forced to exit the turn wide to avoid an accident, or due to his own error and loss of control, this is not penalized.

3. Minor infractions for which there are no penalties may be penalized with a warning or loss of Safety Rating at the discretion of the judges.
4. Changing the car during the championship is FORBIDDEN.
5. If the offender has several violations during one race and during the entire stage, the penalties are cumulatively summed up. In one race, temporary penalties are first applied (by summation), then penalties are added to them in the form of deprivation of positions at the end of the race (if there are several, they are also summed up). If a participant is disqualified for skipping a stage or skipping stages for other reasons, penalties in the form of deprivation of positions on the starting field, driving through the pit lane and starting from the last row are transferred to the stage following the missed ones.

JUDGING. DISPUTE ISSUES AND PROTESTS

1. All drivers participating in the stage may be subject to verification by the Referee Commission by viewing the replays of the qualification server and the race, regardless of the presence of protests.
2. Any participant has the right to draw the attention of the Referee Commission to the incident that occurred during the stage, in order to consider it more carefully by the judges, indicating the incident, its participants, specifying the race, lap and turn.
3. The decision of the Referee Commission on all incidents, approved by the organizer of the championship, after publication in the topic of the stage, is final. An appeal against the decision of the Referee Commission is not provided.

CONCLUSION

3. Issues and situations not described in these Regulations are resolved at the discretion of the Project Administration.
4. If necessary, these Regulations may be amended during the championship, but only if at least 75% of the drivers participating in the championship agree.

Appendix 1. Rules for overtaking.

Rules for overtaking in a race
Offset on a straight line

1. To defend a position on a straight line, it is allowed to move only once.

2. Crossing (changing the trajectory more than once) is prohibited.

3. Offsetting on the straight is only permitted if the driver is completely ahead of the pursuer's vehicle. Otherwise, the driver defending the position must take into account the trajectory of the overtaking car.

4. After a defensive maneuver on the straight, the driver is allowed to return to the deceleration path before the turn, subject to rule 3.

Zone of inhibition and apex. A safe maneuver is one in which the overtaking driver has caught up with the wheelbases of the overtaken driver to the point of entry into the turn (at the end of the braking zone). The defending driver must take into account the trajectory of the attacker and leave him enough space on the track.

Moving in the braking zone towards the attacking vehicle in order to defend the position is strictly prohibited.

If the driver was behind the attacked car in the braking zone for various reasons (for example, the peculiarities of the turn), but nevertheless went on the attack, at the apex of the turn, he must catch up with at least half of the body. In this case, the driver being overtaken must adjust his trajectory to the trajectory of the overtaken driver.
If the overtaking driver comes within half a length of the overtaken vehicle and this results in an accident, the situation is more likely to be considered a racing incident.

If the overtaking driver did not have time to catch up with at least half of the hull, and an accident occurred, all responsibility lies with the overtaking driver.

If at the apex of the turn the defending driver is less than half a length ahead and his defensive actions result in a crash, the fault lies with the defending driver.

Overtaking on the outside

If the overtaking driver manages to maintain a parallel course on the outer track, the overtaken must take into account his trajectory, leaving him enough space to remain within the track.

Links of turns.

When passing side-by-side turns, drivers must take into account each other's trajectories, leaving room on the track.

The driver can use the entire width of the track only if he finally takes the lead
